Fatburger Rewards

Fatburger Rewards is available at participating Fatburger locations. Participation may vary by location, so we recommend checking the Fatburger Rewards app, or your local restaurant for availability.

If you were previously receiving Fatburger emails, you may have been part of our eClub mailing list, but that does not automatically make you a Fatburger Rewards member. To start earning points and redeeming rewards, you’ll need to create a Fatburger Rewards account by downloading the app or signing up online.

If you’re in-store, simply provide the cashier with the phone number you used to sign up and complete your profile. If you’re using the app or online, place your order while logged in and points will be added to your account.

Fatburger Rewards points are calculated based on your eligible purchase subtotal. Points round up at the $0.50 mark. For example, if your eligible purchase subtotal is $1.50, you’ll earn 2 points. If your eligible purchase total is $1.49, you’ll earn 1 point. Tax, tip and delivery fees are not eligible for points.

Once you’ve earned a reward, it will appear in your Fatburger Rewards app or online when logged in through https://order.fatburger.com.

Fatburger Rewards members can earn points on eligible purchases, subject to the Fatburger Rewards Terms & Conditions. Some exclusions, limits, or restrictions may apply.

Forgot to check in at the register? No problem! Scan the barcode at the bottom of your receipt using the “Forgot to scan?” section of the Fatburger Rewards app.
